If you register as a Choir Member on our website, we also store the personal information you provide in your user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their own personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
If you complete a Contact Form or initiate a request to hire music from our Music Library, your contact details are passed to the relevant Choir Committee members but are not held on the website and cannot be seen by Website administrators.
How do we collect your data?
You directly provide us with the data we collect. We collect data and process data when you:
- Subscribe to our Email list.
- Register as a Choir Member in order to access restricted content.
- Complete a Contact Form (data not held on the Website).
- Initiate a request to hire music from our music library (data not held on the Website).
How will we use your data?
We collect your data so that we can:
- Email you with information about concerts and other events which we think will be of interest to you.
- If you are a registered Choir Member, give you access to information about the operation and management of the choir.
- Respond to your comments and queries relating to the choir.
- Respond to your requests concerning music hire.
How do we store your data?
Your data is securely held on our WordPress database with access restricted to Website administrators. Your data is held as long as you maintain your subscription or choir membership login. In the event that you unsubscribe or resign your choir membership, your data will be securely deleted from our database.
What are your data protection rights?
Your data protection rights are fully embodied in our Data Protection Policy.
If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.
